What is Magic Box?
A box of clean food, chosen for your household. You tell us who you are feeding, what you avoid and which standards matter. We build the box from real products we can actually source that week, and deliver it across the Phoenix metro.
How are the items chosen?
An engine picks them using your household size, the days you want covered, your preferences, your allergies, the standards you set, your budget if you set one, and what is genuinely available this week. Every item in your box carries a short reason it was chosen.
Can I choose everything myself?
You can swap, remove and add within what we can source, and you can mark favourites and never-send items that shape every future box. It is a curated box rather than an open grocery aisle — that is what lets us buy well and keep the price sensible.
What if I have an allergy?
Add it to your allergy list and it becomes a hard exclusion. Anything matching it is removed before your box is built, and re-checked every time your box changes. Allergies are kept deliberately separate from ordinary dislikes.
What if I just dislike something?
Mark it never-send. We will stop putting it in. That is a preference, not a safety rule, so it is handled separately from allergies.
What happens if something is unavailable?
You choose in advance: swap it for the closest match, ask you first, remove and refund it, or credit your account. Whatever we do, the box card tells you what changed and why.
Where does the food come from?
Named producers, most of them here in Arizona. Every product has a ranked ladder of possible sources, and we work down it until we find one that is available and meets your standard.

How do I change my box?
Change your preferences or your household at any time and rebuild. Changes apply to your next box.
How do I pause or skip?
If you have a repeating order you can skip the next box, pause deliveries, change how often they come, or cancel — all from your account, with no phone call.
How does billing work?
You pay by card at checkout. The card form is served by Stripe, so your card number never passes through Magic Box. You are charged when you place your order, and delivery is shown separately before you confirm.
