Delivering to parts of the Phoenix metro

How it works

How Magic Box works

From your week to your table.

Simple. Thoughtful. Real. Six steps from the question we ask you to the food on your counter — and the plan that comes with it.

  1. 1

Tell us what your week needs

Start from the week you are actually having — a tight budget, a training block, a busy family. One question points you to the right box.

  2. 2

    Choose your Magic Box

Pick one of our eight curated boxes and the plan that fits your household, or choose every item yourself with Make Your Magic Box.

  3. 3

    We source with purpose

Every product has a ranked ladder of sources. We work down it until we find one that is available and meets the standard your box requires — and we only name producers we can stand behind.

  4. 4

We organize your food and your week

Your box comes with a plan: what to use first, what to refrigerate, what to freeze and what you can make. Allergies are a hard exclusion, checked every time your box changes.

  5. 5

    We pack and deliver

Magic Box is order-first: we buy against real orders, pack each box to order and deliver it on your zone’s delivery day, cold things cold.

  6. 6

You cook, combine, eat and enjoy

Real food, a plan that does the deciding, and fewer wasted ingredients. The rest is yours to enjoy.

Good to know

Allergies and preferences are separate

Allergies are a hard exclusion, removed before a box is built and re-checked on every change. Preferences are what you would rather have or rather not — favourites come more often, never-send items are left out.

Standards you can set

Mark a standard as preferred or required. Required means we would rather leave a slot empty than break it — and a standard only counts where it is verified.

We buy after you order

We aggregate the week’s real orders and then buy against them. Nothing is bought speculatively and warehoused.

What can change

Contents can vary with the season, what a producer actually has that week, your preferences and the substitution rule you chose. We would rather tell you than pretend.
